Iamgurgaon continues its efforts to make the Biodiversity Park self-sustainable. Citizens from all parts of society and all age groups were keen participants. A total of about 10,510 saplings of native species such as Adusa, Kaim, Indrajao, Goya Khair, Ronjh were planted at earmarked places.

Big names in the corporate industry vis: GENPACT, Avis, KPMG, Sentiss, Colt, My Tree/ Manav Ekta Mission, CRISIL, Agilent, Nagarro, Woodgroup, Dunhumby and ZS Associates continued to be part of the planting activity. The volunteers from the corporate industry were enthusiastic participants, enjoying the tractor ride and/or the long walk to the plantation site as much as the planting activity itself. They were deeply interested to learn more about the process.
